What we saw before was a boring blank wall, what Sebastian "Vela" Velasquez envisioned was a masterpiece. Vela was an original student from back when TECS was known as Charter School 37. His art has not only inspired many but it has helped him to travel the states as well as the world. He calls LA home now, but is proud to have grown up in Santa Fe.
